Can't read my tune

Is there a reason I cannot read my car after I flash it with my HP tune?

I don't have anything locked. I reflashed the stock tune and cannot download it back to my computer. Have to rely on the file saved. Am I missing something? do i need to e-mail support? Is this normal?

I hate to make a support ticket out of a question so simple.

I cannot read any modified tunes either.

Do you have a file open in the editor? Close the file first.
