DFCO Not Activating

This is my first post on here but I'm sure there will be a lot more questions in the future. I'm learning to tune and grasp all the tables and aspects of HP Tuners. I'm a tech by trade so I know a little bit about cars, just still grasping the whole tuning side. I installed a BTR stage 2 truck cam in my truck and had it professionally tuned. Well being a tech, I decided I wasn't happy with the tune and decided to start adjusting it on my own. One thing I wanted to fix was the DFCO. The DFCO won't activate unless I'm doing 60 down hill. It really only activates going down hill. Viewing the log, the truck is meeting all the requirements for it to work. You can see in screenshot 2 that it does come on after coasting for a while. And even then the injectors are still on at 0.9ms. The tuner did adjust the MAF Calibration. Is this throwing off the cyl airmass calculation? Thanks for the help!
