    2018 L83 6L80 Swap Problems

I'm new to this so be easy on me. I have a 1997 Z71 that I purchased a 2018 L83 6L80E from a guy and I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't get the ecu. I had my harness guy supply me with a ecu and program it and my TCU. After installing the harness in it I found that it would go into limp mode when I pressed the accelerator pedal but the engine would rev up instead of idling normal when It went into reduced power mode. My tuner got online with it and recognized the pedal percentages were off so he recommended a new pedal. I purchased a new pedal and it reved up and down great. Next I tried to shift it into reverse and it reved up really high again quickly. It seems to idle up and down perfectly in park and reverse but in reverse or drive it reves high. He told me it would probably either be in my ecm or tcu so I purchased both and I still have the same issue. Can anyone take a look at my tune to see if anything sticks out to you or recommend what my next move should be please.base tune 6-28-20.hpt20-06-27 18-30-29.hpl

This is my scan of the it acting up when I shift to reverse and drive. I have the rpm's limited to around 1500 so it doesn't hurt my transmission 8-18-20.hpl

Looking at your log, the fuel trims on B1 are way up at 20-30% while B2 is at 0-5%. Vacuum leak?
