I followed these instructions to create my Fiesta ST gauges using the Gauge Designer. Maybe something similar would work for you.

been 5 years so gonna guess he already has one
i would never apply a template (tune) to a dodge anyhow
*your channels and layouts might be perfect for a certain year and a certain dodge but the lists for different controllers vary. even for the different OS list will vary. a layout only works if the channels for it are populated
