    I do not have ddirect knowledge, but I think it is because it is not DBW (drive by wire), which is 05+

    I will likely get flamed for suggesting this lol

    How much modifications are you looking to do? I use DS InTune handheld to tweak stock configurations. Adjust fueling, timing, transmission, gearing, tire size. You can even dial in an unknown/custom fabbbed CAI.
