You didn't even say anything about the car and what you did to it.

Hard to know if all the changes made are going to work with what is done to this car.

To be perfectly honest, that tune looks nearly 100% stock with minimal changes. Pretty much just a VATS delete and not much else.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

The engine is a stock LS1 from an 2000 Camaro SS all new internals to stock specifications the only addition is GM LS1 hot cam part number 12480033 it has hooker short headers.
It is a engine swap that is in a 1970 corvette

Are you not using the MAF sensor either??

    How complete is the exhaust?

    What is your fuel pressure.

Certain things need to be changed if a MAF sensor is not being used.

    1. yes but the reading im getting is .31 dose not change replaced with a new one same reading. I dont know enough to tell if that is correct or not?

    2. exhaust full to the mufflers.

3.fuel pressure is 60lb at startup then 50.

thank you for your help I just dont know what my next step should be.

Check your wiring for the MAF, if the reading is stuck at .31, then there is an issue with the harness somewhere or a fuse.

Once your get the MAF and IAT working see how your fuel trims look. Right now they are showing super lean but with the issues you have we can't trust those values right now.

If it's mail-order, tell the vendor it doesnt work and make them fix it. You paid for a working tune, that's what they should provide. You might have to do runs and logs for them, obviously thet don't know how to tune it by osmosis.
I had one of my YouTube subscribers telling me this same story with a very well known Youtube tuner that he bought one of his tunes.. He sent me his tune the guy did because he couldn't figure out why is AFR was 22-24!. Turns out he's on E85 and the sensor was disabled in the tune. Simple crap sometimes, but he needed to tell the tuner what he did.

Your MAP sensor isn't working. It should read around 100kPa with key on/engine off, if you're located close to sea level. On Corvette 9 log, it never moved. On Corvette 10 log, it dropped to 10 kPa and only moved up slightly.
