If I have installed a speed Density 1 Bar OS in a P01 and now I want to overwrite it with a tune that is 1 bar Maf enhanced if I write entire will it work or can I not do that?

Flash it back to stock, then flash the other 1 bar MAF OS in.
Pretty sure you can't flash an upgraded OS over an upgraded OS.
