P0175 , P0172 System to rich codes permanent

The issue at ---> 2:50 AFR commanded goes to 16.19

Issue #1 - > So I'm hoping I could get a little guidance on an issue I am having on a buddies swap car. This car has recently gotten a new 13.8:1 447 and since the install has a few weird problems. One is no matter what the P0175 and P0172 codes come on even with the fuel trims are good and LTFT are off. I can turn on the LTFT and randomly even when the STFT are low (+-5%), the LTFT will max out.

Issue #2 -> is at 2:50 in the log, cruising around the commend PE will go rich and will last a random amount of time. I cannot find anything in the calibration that would cause this. Any pointers would be great as I have not ever notice PE coming on outside of WOT. COT is OFF , IVT has been altered with no effect on the issue, Ive tried logging many channels and nothing is giving me any directions.

Any ideas would be great!

Yeah I made a mistake on the ECU type, and could change it. Lol sorry

I think I there is a table missing on my calibration for target fueling during misfires that is coming into play.
