I've been searching like crazy and can not find a 12593058 os with a lq4 and 4l80e. everyone I find is for a 4.8 or 5.3. Need it for a flex fuel segment swap
Find a 12212625 Tahoe 5.3 Flex OS, copy over the differences from a 6.0 tune, then segment swap a 4l80e segment from a 2002 Avalanche 8.1 tune. I did exactly this, except kept the 5.3 parameters and flashed the custom 2 bar SD OS on my truck.
mines a 03 os, I found a way using some custom software

still ntot sure if it will do flex fuel even though i can enable it..
I'm using a 9405 os, that's flex enabled and 6.0
