0411 pcm
only thing hooked up is powers, grounds, coolant sensor and fan outputs.
it will not command on the fans. will work with scanner output just fine.
just trying to do as much as possible while keeping it running before 6.0 80e swap.
what else would it need to see to control fans?
Try playing with the hardware setting under Fans and A/C. Maybe bump the disable speed too

confirmed it needs to see engine running. put the crank sensor to alternator fins and it started working.
