I've been hang a weird issue all day. My Map sensor seems to read just fine and then shoots up to 210. I just got done changing my 5.3 to a 6.0 with all supporting mods remaining the same minus going to a stage 4 turbo cam.

I had the VE idle table dialed in and then I started to run lean as shown in the log followed by the MAP sensor randomly going to 210 KPA at idle. I can reset the codes to get rid of REP and then it will idle fine for a minute or so then the MAP sensor goes from vacuum to 210 KPA. The only thing I haven't changed is the MAP sensor as it was working fine for the motor swap. The MAP sensor is a 3 bar but I'm currently running a 2 bar OS.

I also noticed if I go WOT with the engine off the TPS goes to 158%.

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured the issue out, The MAP sensor connector was not making full contact with the sensor. After replacing the MAP harness everything was fine.
