    Try this info

Try this info. I used this on a GT350 TB which is 87mm. You can start here and then dial it in as needed. I attached a tune from a 2015 GT with a 2018 mani with the GT350 TB.

as mentioned above car is 2014 gt with cai, boss intake and ford racing 90mm TB. I couldnt find data for 90mm, so used gt350 tb data.
theoretically is it enough to work only in Airflow--->Electronic Throttle tab or there is something else i should adjust for 90mm TB?

You have to use VCM Scanner and log Effective Throttle Area and run a histogram. You have to make changes to Engine->Airflow->Throttle Body Modeling Predicted Throttle Angle table and Effective Area table. You really need to know what you are doing to do that and make changes to column headings and how the two tables work together. The Tuning School has a really good procedure for that and the example they use is the 90mm and the process works.
