jtec 1996 failed load tune , now dont start UPDATED !

1996 1500 ram made a small adjustment and try to load a tune looks ok untill aprox 50%
and everything stop . says failed .

do i need a new ecu? or a hptuner software fault? (have a ticket send to hp tuner but no reply so far).

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes reconnect and retry. I was running into this issue every time doing back to back flashes. This took care of my problem.
