Old customer can't login to new website

I purchased the VCM suite with 3 licenses and the usb to OBII in 2013 and used one license to tune my 06 GTO. I went on a vacation and now the website is changed and I can't access my account. My credentials work on the forum but not my account to access my software application key. I have submitted a ticket and was asked to provide a picture of my unit serial and have not heard back since. Please help

Create a new account, we all had to do it.

Then add your MPVI into the devices section and everything should sync back up.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I attempted to do that myself but I don't have my application key anymore due to my Cox getting shut off. All I have is my Serial# from my MPVI and an open ticket.

Open the editor and put your MPVI into the computer, then click the blue information dot. Click the information dot again and it will bring up all your data on the MPVI. All the cars you have a license for and the current application key.

Ok I don't see anything that says application key but I tried whatever I thought might work. I tried to put it in
"My Devices" on in the dashboard and got invalid key in all fields and in VCM Editor - Help - MPVI Application Keys. Here are my results to see what I'm missing. Thank you!!

I guess support will be the only way.

My application key comes right up when I do it on mine.

what is your ticket number? we have no outstanding tickets from March when covid hit...
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I've responded to that ticket, back on May 21st and when you reopened it on sept 15th.

I simply asked for a picture of the back of your interface, we recommend checking your spam folder as we've already responded promptly.

I did respond with a picture of my unit and never heard back. I have emailed you a picture of my unit and the responses I received afterwards.
    Thanks for your help.
