2011 F250 6.7 Tuner needed!

Hello, i'm looking for Experienced Tuner for my Ford F250 6.7 V8 Diesel
can anybody give me right direction who can do it properly?
i have readout flash ECM / TCM
i'm not looking for free solution, ready to pay.

2012 Ford F250 Super Duty Factory Tune.hpt

Trying to increase power and MPG. Truck is used to pull heavy loads often, an is a daily driver. Any help or info is appreciated! Not looking to do anything to drastic. Only mods is a cold air intake, and replaced turbo intercooler, Cold & Hot hoses aswell. Everything is stoke.
