Write Entire 6L80e OS, from 24256125 to 24270599, is it possible?

    I have a Tahoe 2015 that the trans died. So i bought another 6L80e from a 2010ish.

Swapped it, I have no communication u0101 and u0100 but the trans is shifting assuming always a 34.9% throttle.

Now I see that it does not sees the TPS, it is always at 34.9%. So I think there is no communication between ECU and TCM (also the u101 is telling me that)

Can I write entire an 24270599 OS over the 24256125 OS on the TCM????

The Tahoe is an e92 GM SIDI with an original 24270599 OS with serial DV0598.....
The new (2010ish) 6L80e is an 24256125 OS with serial DV6124.....

I already tested changing the entire valve body to the original transmission one. But it was worst. It was stuck in 3rd gear (I think) always.

yes it is possible - i did this about couple weeks back with my swap. As my L83 was 2018 and the 6L80E 2015 and i had update the OS.
however to do this you will need to get 4 new credits as it wasnt possible to just write the TCM os into my current tune.

As far as I understand, both are e92 GM SIDI that is why I would take the the risk doing it from a 2015 to a 2018

But from an older one, non GM SIDI but with a 6L80e?
