Somebody finally figured out a way to make a Gen4 auto trans tune function as a manual trans tune by deleting the TCM? Tell me more about how this works.

I only took a quick look at the calibration that you posted - my comments are regarding the no start issue only. The calibration is not setup for a manual transmission - once you get the engine running, that will be your next hurdle.

OK ... you have applied the two VATS Patches, and disabled the Starter Relay diagnostic - so those are not the problem - as long as you flashed this via a "Write Entire".

It looks like you are trying to operate in pure Speed Density mode, with no MAF - but the MAF is not correctly configured to "fail" immediately at key on - which is what you want to happen.

ECM 4000 - is set to 0 Hz (good).
ECM 4001 - is set to 1200 HZ (likely fine - but I generally set this to 13,500 Hz).
ECM 4006 - is set to 300 (set this to 1).
ECM 4007 - is set to 300 (set this to 1).

DTCs P0101, P0102, and P0103 are all set to "MIL on Second Error" - these should be set to "MIL on First Error".

You have also disabled the P0068 test (by entering 8000 RPM) - this may not be an issue - however, I never had to adjust this parameter to run in Speed Density mode.

Without a MAF Sensor, you will still need to add an IAT Sensor.

Yeah that was in between switching it over to SD, the factory tune didnt even have the VE coefficients populated so wasnt sure if it would even work in SD. Got it running in SD last night, they said they didnt change anything but by magic it start/ran, ironed out the VVE tables and its pretty good. VSS reads 158 mph not sure if thats going to be an issue, dont know if there is a manual trans file for this OS either - where to find that?
