Thumbs down Swap won't go into PE.....cannot find the culprit

Hi gang....I have done quite a few gen 3's but, I recently worked a gen3 p59 pcm, on a swapped lq4 in a range rover, with a 6l80 on a standalone controller that stumped me. Tuned up OK but...I cannot get it into power enrichment for the life of me.

Raised and lowered all the delays and thresholds for TPS/RMP and MAP but, will not activate. It has a speed sensor input so is moving into the different fuel trim cells......so what am I missing? Log and tune below, need PE to finish it.

Most searches had advise already tried...so reaching out here. Cheers!

My guess is the open loop eq table being set to 1.0 hot is keeping it down

That wouldn't be the cause because the PE value is richer than the 1.00 stoich value in the open loop table.

Is this vehicle using the throttle body, tac module and pedal from the same vehicle that the computer is from??
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
