    Can't read VCM.

Here i am again... So i am wanting to do the initial read of my VCM. When i plug in to the OBDII and click Read Vehicle, the requesting access bar goes halfway then says failed x36 exceed number of attempts. I have bought the credits for licensing but i don't know where to access them to gain access to the VCM. Any ideas as to what is going on?

    OS is 1283012.

ecm is tunerlocked, you need a new ecm, one that isn't tunerlocked.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Well that sucks a big one! Could it be unlocked by the guy (an HP tuner) i had do the initial tune on it? If he is willing to do it.

    Yes, he could do that.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
