Gen 1 Stock Coyote inconsistent WOT AFR

Stock coyote swapped 07, w/magnum XL,3,73 gears. Car runs great, no drivability issues. Engine is bone stock w/stock headers. High flow cats.

For whatever reason, it will not command the set AFR in lower gears.

2nd wideband displays 12.8,
3rd 14.2,
4th,5th,6th is fine at 12.1, WOT setting is stock at 0.828.
Behavior is identical with both control pack and stock strategies, with or without CAI installed. Fuel trims are +/- 3%.

From an off idle roll on in 3rd, it will go to 12.1, but as RPMs rise, it leans out to 14.x in 3rd gear.

Any pointers on where to fix 3rd gear AFR appreciated. I don't really care about 1st or 2nd, but I use 3rd WOT a lot on track and 14.x isn't right. The gear ratios for the magnum and axle are entered into the tune. Speedo is correct.
