In any case If your having knock you need to take out some timing until you no longer have knock but I would suggest not doing anything until you post a log and a tune file so it would be easier for an expert tuner to point you in the right direction.
It must be false. It shows about 5 degrees knock from 5000 to 5200 and only pulls .5 degree timing. It is running a little rich and looks like the timing is a little low for a DI motor. Unless you have bad gas ?
