    Surge on coastdown when Stabilitrak is on

    Car surges on coastdown when the Stabilitrak system is on. Car is a 2009 CTSV. 770hp, ported blower, cam, etc. Couldnt for the life of me figure out why the car was surging on coastdown but discovered this tonight. It started doing this a few months ago. Never had any issue with the tune. Turn Stabilitrak to competition mode or completely off and the surging stops immediately. Also if you step on the brake pedal during surging it will stop while your foot is on the brake. At this point Im stumped as to why its doing this. Im assuming its an issue with torque management. No vacuum leaks or anything obvious. Any ideas whats going on?
