    IAT and IAT2 difference

    I have a 2007 LS2 with LSA supercharger, 2014 CTS-V tune in an E67 ECM, I'm running an LS3 MAF, my fans kick on at high speed about 30 second's after starting the engine, this is after the car sat overnight so ECT is 64* IAT2 is 64* but IAT1 (from the MAF) is 81* I did some searching around and found some info about the ECT and IAT1 having to be within a few degrees of each other on start up otherwise it throws a P0116 and starts the fans, adjusts fueling and a few other things, so my question is could I have a bad MAF(its band new) or should I be using a Cadillac CTS-V MAF. By the way it does not throw the P0116 code but I haven't really driven it much because I'm fighting a VSS issue also(see earlier post) I'm attaching my tune and a small scan.
