    MPVI2 "Interface Not Found"

This has happened on multiple GenIII and GenIV vehicles now. If I run the scanner while driving, and stop logging/save file/review file/move over to VCM Editor to make adjustments, and then "write vehicle"... It will give me an error of "Interface not found or not responding". I can then unplug the USB connection to my laptop, plug it back in, and it will always write vehicle on the second attempt after the unplug.

I'm on the latest software versions of Editor/Scanner
My laptop is a fairly new HP
It communicates fine when first DL the stock file, and then while scanning

Something I am doing wrong? Anything in settings possibly?

You have to disconnect the Scanner software from the vehicle (button next to 'Connect'). The MPVI can only be 'active' on one program either VCM Scanner or VCM Editor, not both. Pulling the USB is achieving the same as clicking 'Disconnect'
