Programing 411 ECM

I bought a Blue Streak Remanufactured Engine Control Computer ECC0411MU from auto zone unprogramed. Is all the values of the calibration data and the VIN number blank? And the serial number of the computer will always be present. I have the tech 2 scan tool to program the calibration data and the VIN number but I've never done it before.

Can I read the calibration data and out of the computer I want to replace and copy all the values of the calibration data and paste it into the new replacement computer? I have read that you should not ever flash of another computer from a computer you read the data out of. You can only copy and paste between 2 or more computers.

I have read that the 8.1L gasoline engine has PTO RPM. The 6.0L and the 8.1L computers are the exact same part number. Why can't I see the turn on / turn off switch in the HPtuners program editor?
