How to "create script" and "run script" between 2 files

One useful tip someone gave me was to Zero out the differences between the comparison log of two tunes in order to make the same changes. I'm 99% sure there was a faster way to make all the same changes onto a new file at once.

Can someone please remind me how to copy and write all the changes at once between a stock file and a modified file onto a third stock file of a different vehicle? Greatly appreciated, thanks

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
