LSA random KR when shifting. Timing changes help, but no KR going through cell at WOT

Hi guys,

New to HPT, and have been playing around with logging and tune.

I've been trying to eliminate KR I see in my logs.

Lowering the timing in the effected cells seems to work, so I assume its not false KR.

Issue is I can do a pull and go through the cells smoothly and get no KR, but if I shift and land in a particular cell it will pop up with a hit of KR.

Lower timing in the cell does help, but I'm wondering if there are any other options to keep the timing and eliminate the shift KR.

LSA engine M6, headers and cats, blower and lid spacers, coolant reservoir, intake, dyno tune.

I've attached current tune and some logs. Adjustments made after these logs, but just to get an idea of how the KR pops up.

I've lowered timing in idle and coastdown advance (0.08-0.12) for cracks on shifts, and lower DFCO.
