Have a offroad buggy powered by one, I reworked harness for them, recently got it up and running. These things are odd in that there are two cylinder banks first off but only 1 front O2 sensor it seems?
Also stabbing throttle from dead stop always seems to have the knock sensor going way off, even with what seems like very little timing. Narrowbands are in the .960 mV range so should be on the pretty rich side, knock sensors "going off" with only 7.5 degrees in it WOT at 1800-2500 rpm and commanding 16 degrees at 6000 (although knock sensor decay is very slow and doesnt reach it) - only thing I can think off is all the links clanking around is getting picked up as false knock. Was going to try turning sensors off below 2800 rpm and see if i ever shows under real engine load
Notice a rpm dip too in the middle of that gear (aftermarket trans) I thought was wheel spin catching traction but after few logs not sure about that. Throttle stays open, timing isnt pulled so not sure what could torque limit it ?
