What the Biases do...
In a neural network, the biases are fixed. They have no input, only an output function.
So in my opinion they must have values for VVT or for OL tor given FA.
What did they do?
Seems nobody knows or want to talk about....

Probably nobody knows but if you really want to down this rabbit hole, try starting here.

Just find this
https://patentimages.storage.googlea...00427A1.pdfbut only theoretical stuff, that helps understand the basics.
I think it will take the next years to find out more.....

Hi, I don't think I understand the original question, do you mind rephrasing it?
During training both the neural network weights and the biases are changed.

Maybe my english is a little bit confusing...
If I umderstand the explanation of the biases right, they have no input function in the NN.
So they give values to the network that can not be changed.
Bit what information exactly will put these biases into the network?
