    2013 F150 5.0 bottom end strength?

Does anyone have an opinion on the strength of the stock bottom end of a 2013 Ford F150 5.0L? I have a truck here with a Roush stage 2 kit on it. They market it as 570-ish hp (crank). Owner is looking to squeeze some more out of it. I know VMP sells a pulley that fits but I don't want to stress this engine too much if it's already tapped out. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated!!

You mean 650rwhp right? That's what I've always thought as the safety limit for Gen1 Coyote.

My setup is a VMP GEN2R w/ 85mm pulley. I have the timing maxing at 17-18 degrees. MAF flows 71lbs @ 7100rpm. I'm guessing I'm at around 700 at the crank / 575 at wheel? It's plenty enough for me! D

OP I think you can go to 570 rear wheel hp and still be very safe lol
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:

(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

General opinion is 650whp, but there are no guarantees. I made just under 700whp on my '12, but did not keep it there.
