Trans Type setting

Hi all, I'm working on a 2006 Titan VK56 that's in a manual swapped Frontier. In Evan's intro to Nissan tuning post he mentions a Trans Type switch, as follows -
"The transmission type switch is used to tell the ECM which transmission the vehicle is equipped with (either automatic or manual). This can be used if you are attempting to write a calibration for a different transmission type, although it is highly recommended that you use a calibration that contains the correct value from the factory."
Can anyone tell me where I can find this? There are no transmission options in any of the stock Nissan files that I've been through.

[EDIT] I found the setting in a Y62 Patrol file under Transmission/General, using the same version of VCM Editor. Any idea why the option doesn't show up for the Titan with same engine?
