E67 LS3 Dual fans won't shut off

'I have a 2008 ls3 running an E67 , I am triggering individual relays and they start perfect at the preset temperatures. The first fan will also cycle perfect until the second fan turns on. Both fans will then stay on and never shut off. If I shut the ignition off and restart the fans are back to normal until they both turn on. After all I have read I feel I am correct but must be missing something. Anyone who has experienced this please help. I am running out of ideas. Thank you!

Presuming your wiring is ok. Try the change in the table.

I believe that once the fans turn on, the E67 ECU will keeps the fans on if the vehicle speed is zero or some low value. The fans will behave as expected when the ECU gets a non-zero speed indication. At least that's how mine behaves.
