Idle on Drive or Revense troubles

Hey Everyone,
new to tuning and learning as i go,

i have an issue with the idle with my truck

20-11-08 22-08-08.hplstep 24.hpt
In the log you can see that on Park or Neutral its idling "fine" i guess, at least reaching for commanded rpm "850"
but the problem begins when i put it in Gear D or R "Load" the rpm drops to 650 or even bellow sometimes

I tried to tweak Idle speed control reverse as well as Idle External Load but had no luck

and yes i disabled my LTFT and STFT because i have bad reading o2s

Trucks mods are
Built 5.3 with stage 3 TSP cam
Single Turbo setup
Denso TV24 Plugs

This is the best i could do

I would appreciate any helpful input

You need to adjust the virtual torque in the idle rpm region.
Ofcourse by lowering it.
