O2 sensors not registering

Hi Guys, I have a 2015 ford performance coyote crate engine I'm attempting to tune, right now I have a problem of the o2 sensors not showing up in the VCM scanner. What could cause this to happen? I am using long tube headers with 02 sensor extensions, would that cause them not to register in the scanner? I have the tuning schools ford coyote book with calibrations that should dial all the new changes to the intake and exhaust, but shouldn't I be able to see what the 02 sensors are doing? Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes it is the extension cables other times it is the sensors themselves.

Check your wiring.

Edit.

Try reflashing your tune. That happened to me once and a reflash cured it.
