2016 F250 6.2 Flex Fuel Tuning

I have had my 2016 F250 custom dyno tuned for 93. Truck has made very good gains. Since the truck is flex fuel capable we decided to see what the truck would do on flex fuel. Truck started at 78% alcohol according to the Ngauge. By the time we finished it was down to 62%. that is not the issue we were having though. The truck started pulling timing from last time it was on the dyno. We spent 2 hours trying to find a table to be able to adjust the timing as alcohol content goes up with no luck. The truck would just override the tune. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this issue?
