The PE is too lean. You need to run around 12.5 commanded AFR and not 13.4 on a 5.3 truck engine.

Don't mirror the timing tables either, the low octane table must have less timing in it. I would still have the IAT spark correction table remove timing at hot intake temps.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

You went on the other end of the spectrum now.

    14.68/1.270 is 11.55AFR. Do 1.190 for a roughly 12.3ish AFR.

Remove another 4-5 degrees of timing from the low octane table. Doesn't do much good if you have 24-25 in the high octane and 23 in the low octane, it would only remove 1 degree of timing. This is why the factory calibrations have 10-15 degrees of timing difference, because they want it to remove all the timing it can.

Tune files don't tell me anything, they just show what was changed and not how the vehicle is running with that tune.

Scanner logs with all important channels is what you need to post. Needs all the important stuff like rpm, timing, knock retard, injectors, o2 sensors, fuel trims etc etc.

From the scan, we can tell that your fuel tank sensor is erratic. Sorry to bust your balls, jsut letting you know that it didn't work. There is a BUNCH of things in there that you don't need---like the first half.

The timing tables are still the same, shouldn't be like I talked about before. Otherwise it's pretty basic, not really sure I can tell you what is "wrong" because you own the truck and you need to watch the log files to see if anything stands out.

87 octane limits what you can do but if the engine is stock you really can't mess anything up. It's hard to pick up magic power even with 93 octane, there just isn't much there without a larger camshaft.
