Simply put,
I have no idea where to find Throttle Scalar in the attached tune. I've looked all over Engine>Idle>RPM and Airflow. I have the values needed to update the tables for Airflow after upgrading stock Truck TB to a LS7 TB. Vehicle is a 2007 Suburban 2500.

Engine > Idle > Airflow. It's the top left hand table.
You need to be in advanced view under the edit tab to see it.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
