New Guy - Scanner Not Logging RPM

    Hello all,
Brand new to this site and HP Tuners. As per my sig, I have a 4.0L Stroked to a 4.7L, which is running on the stock ECM tune.
Although it runs with no issues, there should be gains to be had by optimizing I would think.
As the title states, I cannot get the RPM to log. I searched the issue on previous threads, but couldn't get it to work.
I am attaching files requested my mowton in the sticky on scanner help. The Charts and Graphs folders were empty.
On the TJ No RPM 11-27-20 log, it was in park and just revving the engine. On the TJ Log 3 WOT file, it was two runs at WOT.
In the Channel configuration, if I load SAE defaults, nothing will log. I have to load Vehicle defaults for any logging to occur.
As far as Jeep TJs go, it's a beast.
Anyone that can help cure my ignorance, and get me going, it would be much appreciated.

The only thing I can suggest is that you connect to the vehicle, remove the channel completely from the list, then click the vehicle tab at the top, scroll down to re-poll for supported parameters and add the channel back in.

If that doesn't work then you will need more help from support.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Just went through this on our JTEC 1998 Durango.

In the scanner click on the File folder with a gear (Recent Channel Configs) and use Vehicle Defaults.

Click the Add Channel icon and add the high resolution rpm channel.
