What's lowest period it can register? Can it go bellow 83?

I got car with smaller tube diameter than stock and I hit 83 programed max value with maf limit, I extended axis and it's fine, I'm just curious what's the limit.

Theoretically it's unlimited, a plank time, as fast as the processor can command the input digital switching, it doesn't really matter. 83us period is already above 12,000 hertz, which is much higher than digital MAF sensor are usually operated at. Because of how steep the slope is at that part of the transfer, slight changes in signal mean large changes in fuel and poor control. From the size of the pipe the MAF is in the trade off is always low flow turbulence and high flow signal stability. Proper sizing puts you in a sweet spot.
