    Endless DTC's after whipple install

I installed a whipple 3.0 on my 2019 Silverado 1500 6.2L with the whipple tune. I initially had issues with the B2S2 o2 sensor. After warm up, it would stay at 1.107v and never fluctuated which generated the P0158 which I could never fix. Since then, I have had the following DTC's

    P0137 - O2 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2) (Current)
P014A - O2 Sensor Delayed Response - Rich to Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 2) (Pending, Current, Permanent)
P0158 - O2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2) (Pending, Current, Permanent)
P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1) (Current, Permanent)
P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2) (Current, Permanent)
    P2270 (Pending, Current, Permanent)

I have a rough running engine between 1.5-2.5 rpm which gets worse under load. Below is the Freeze frame date from vcm scanner.

I have triple checked everything on the install. The only variables are the ECM that I had swapped and unlocked from Hp tuners and the whipple tune. Could either one of these account all the DTC's I am having. If not, what should I try replacing?

    Any help would be great,

Have you talked to whipple? Sounds like tuning issues to me

Yeah and they keep pointing fingers at Hp tuner for the ECM. If I install headers without cats and block off the downstream o2 sensors can I disable the signal so I will no longer get the DTC for downstream 02 or will I always have the light.

I’m running a procharger with no cats on my 19/20. My truck was a beta truck so I did have some qwerks to work out but nothing this bad. Mine seemed to be irrelevant codes that really had no meaning. Id compare the whipple file to someone else’s on here and see what differences you see. I’ve really had no problems with my unlocked or tuned truck like your showing.
2019 Procharged 5.3, KOOKS 1 7/8 long tubes, full true dual 3? magnaflow with built in x pipe, L86 intake, and throttle body, with a shade tree tune and a F**king locked T93 trans "she runs good though" plugs look nice lol

You can turn off the COT and disable the codes for downstreams. I have no codes or lights at all with no cats.

Also I’m not sure how whipple sets up their bypass but procharger bypasses back into the system after the MAF. If I let it bypass to atmosphere the truck will run lean immediately at idle. My setup requires every cfm monitored incoming the maf sensor be accounted for at the engine. It’s basing fueling off of air intake on mine.

The bypass is run aft of the intake MAF sensor as well. Just out of curiosity what plug wires are you running with you headers? I am looking at 9in Taylor's with 135 degree angle with some kooks headers that I just ordered. I have the whipple tune if someone is willing to take a look and see if they notice any red flags. Tuning is way outside of my wheel house.
