I'm new to the HP Tuners. My wife's Impala threw a code for an evap purge valve, and I am replacing that. But I noticed also at idle that the tps sits at over 19%. That doesn't seem right. Anything I should be concerned about?

Scanning with hp tuner with foot off throttle and idling smoothly...around 19%
No worries, that is the actual throttle blade. Check Accelerator Pedal position.
That would be normal on that car, there is not idle air control valve, it is all done with the throttle blade, so it has to be open to control idle
