Rattle noise.

I am experiencing a rattle noise. This is the best I describe the sound. Maybe even like a slow washboard sound.

If I cruise about 25-30 or so and slightly press the gas, I get this sound. Also, when driving about the same speed and go up an incline, I get the same rattle.

I am experiencing this in an 09 Silverado 5.3. DOD deleted and aftermarket CAM (nothing special).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Maybe a loose heat shield?
