    Support Ticket Status

Trying to find out the status of a ticket I submitted on Oct 30. I have sent a couple of emails trying to find out the status of my ticket, but have not heard back. How do I find out the status of submitted tickets? I looked under my account and did not see an area for submitted tickets.

    What is your ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Hey Bill@HPtuners, I am not sure how to message you on here, just signed up but I submitted 2 tickets about definitions/checksums failed. It?s been a month and I have yet to here anything back about them. Ticket #248948
Original ticket was #248128 (may have had some wrong info in the first ticket so I submitted another one with correct info (248948). It?d be awesome to start tuning sometime soon

I spoke with the engineer assigned to your ticket and he said it will be a while before he will be able to map the definition.

I'll have the support tech assigned to your ticket follow up.
