I had the orginal tune in my 2011 f150 ecu licensed, then loaded in a manual transmission mustang tune and licensed it. Now im having problems with it. Can i rewrite the orginal file back in without using more credits ?

Hard to tell based off the information you've provided. Have you tried writing the original file back? That would be where I'd start.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
