6L80 Circle D triple disc not locking up under WOT when commanded

Im having trouble getting the 6L80 in my G8 to lockup during WOT. I've attached a log and my current tune. In the attached screenshot, you can see the pull which is the only one out of 3 that the converter locked, and even though I've commanded lockup at 75mph in 4th, it doesnt start to lockup until 108 mph. Its not commanding lockup your TCC PWM is at 0% so your not going to get lockup.
