Tip for a mopar tuning begginer :)

hi guys im new in this world of tuning, i have a charger 2010 sxt and a challenger 2013 rt, i want to start with the v6, i already did some things but i was trying to produce pops and bangs but i cant, already change the part throttle and minimum spark map but nothing. (the first one is part throttle and the second one the minimum spark). i max too the ECT temperature from 85C to 150C

please guys if anyone can help me... I will love any tip because im a begginer.
