    2002 Silverado Flex Fuel tune file.

    Does anybody have a stock flex fuel tune file for a gen 3 6.0l ?
    2010 is earliest I could find in the tune repository.

    The only FF vehicles I've ever seen in 2002 were 5.3L Tahoes, Suburbans, or Yukon variants.

    Yup.

    There are also plenty of calibrations out there for mid 2000's trucks with the L33 and L59 engines, those were flex fuel but they run the P59 controller.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
