    Tuning a Sonic?

Does anyone know a remote tuner that can tune a Sonic? Specifically the Fuel System?

I had the car tuned to support Bosch 550cc fuel injectors, but then installed a Walbro 255LPH fuel pump, a RacerX fuel rail with a 4 bar regulator, and a return line (the fuel pump is suppose to be returnless).

Because I haven't tuned the new fuel system (other than the injectors) the car comes up with a P2635 engine code, which reads "Fuel Pump 'A' Low Flow/ Performance", and I started to hear a whining noise coming from the fuel pump itself.
I need someone that knows how to fix which I imagine is the fuel pressure, as well as programming the car to support a return line, but I'm not knowledgeable in how to do that.

I had ZZPerformance tune the bolt ons for me, but they don't seem to be knowledgeable in how to tune the fuel system on a Sonic.
Other tuners I found, want to do a brand new tune which is not what I'm looking for to do, I just want to fix those two issues.

If anyone can lead me in the right direction would be appreciated.
If I find someone I'll update this.
    Thanks!
