I have been fighting this for far longer than i care to admit. log and tune attached.
basically i experience a large rpm dip at when coming to a stop. for the longest time i thought it was related to a 2-1 downshift but today i realized it was happening in 1st....regardless of the 2-1 shift.
tune is set up for a 720 idle with a stock converter on the 6l80e.....same converter as the Camaro circa '14.
is my converter just too tight? idle rpm too high for the converter?
i also notice that the truck does try to push through the brakes at a stop. not sure if that is a function of tuning or mechanical.
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
i had similar issue on my stock 2016 silverado. my idle is 550 , i wiped out the tcc lock tables from 1-4th gear, solved my problems,
I also had the pushing when coming to a stop. try stoping the car in neutral , this will disconnect the trans , i bet your lock up is hanging up
