Calibration flash or full flash? New to HP tuners

Hey guys I bought hp tuners a week ago or so and noticed that I can flash two ways. Just the calibrations or a complete flash "not sure what it was called". I'm new to this program but not new to tuning in general. Been using another software for years. i know on the other program you can do a full flash when changing operating systems and such but didn't know how it worked on this. Just wanted to make sure before I do something I shouldn't do. thanks

A write calibration only is all you need to do for 99.5% of all flashes.

Pretty much only when changing operating systems for 1/2/3 BAR OS's do you need to do a write entire or when doing a VATS delete on newer GEN 4+ computers.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
